SWAT: Elite Force (mod)

I don't like to advertise myself much, but I made a singleplayer mod for SWAT 4. I've mentioned it in the server before, but here are some things that the mod does:
* Static drug evidence that needs to be collected on some missions
* Traps which are attached to doors, things like bombs and alarms
* Equip your AI officers with heavy/no armor. An advanced information panel displays real world data about a gun, and important information such as ammo count and muzzle velocity.
* Focus on realism. Flashbangs and tasers can kill. Huge emphasis on legal kills. No more evading penalties by using the sniper! Failing to report downed civilians and suspects will penalize you.
* The Stetchkov and original missions in one campaign
* Various quality of life features and bugfixes
* Dynamic AI that behaves more realistically

The next version will be coming soon as well, it will include:
* Use your voice to issue commands to AI officers
* AI officers automatically report restrain targets to TOC

Some future things I am planning:
* Report all/Collect all command (quality of life)
* Extra missions campaign, it will be selectable in a menu when creating a campaign. High-quality community maps which are highly optimized to work with the AI.
* (Possibly) some new equipment and weapons

Damn! This looks SO promising! Any chance of improving the Voice Recognition Speech? I know that DKMulle19 made one, but that forged into this, that would be amazing!

v2 will be released tomorrow. Here is a full list of things that will be changed:
- New Feature: Speech Recognition. Enable it in Audio Options
- New Feature: Disable initial dispatch. Enable it in Audio Options
- You can now pick up guns through restrained suspects, and all hostages (except live, unrestrained ones)
- AI-controlled officers will now automatically report suspects/hostages that they restrain
- Support for many more resolutions (4 -> 22)
- Fixed a bug that caused the Heavy Armor to have texture issues due to StaticLoadout.ini missing
- Fixed a bug that caused the AI-controlled officers to not deploy pepperball gun if it was their secondary weapon
- Fixed a bug that caused the AI-controlled officers to not deploy grenade launcher if it was their secondary weapon
- Fixed a bug where grenades in the DEPLOY >> submenu would not be greyed out if officers didn't have them (vanilla bug?)
- Fixed a bug where DROP LIGHTSTICK would not be greyed out if there was no officer with a lightstick
- MIRROR UNDER DOOR and CHECK FOR TRAPS now obeys the stack-up positioning and stacks up the squad on the door.
- Fixed: Children of Taronne has traps bolted onto incorrect bones
- Fixed: Children of Taronne has a trap on the wrong side
- Fixed: Missing drug rosters on Stetchkov Drug Lab
- 'Show Subtitles' moved to Audio Options

Unfortunately I can't actually improve the voice recognition, I can only add new commands that are supported by the system and change the grammar file. But it's functionally identical to the one DKMulle19 made, minus a bunch of nice utility commands which I will be incorporating as full-blown commands possibly.

Question!
Does AI only Report that what he do? (Report a Restrained Civilian that he Arrested or Report what we do too)?

The AI only reports what he does. So for example you issue a RESTRAIN command, the AI who restrains them will issue a report immediately after the target has been restrained. You will still need to report anything that you restrain. Also this doesn't affect incapacitated or killed characters, you still need to report those.

Hey;
Small problem. No matter where I put the mod, it doesn't work. I have only got an error saying "Missing startup.ini file" "UNKNOWN" applnit"

^ Haven't downloaded it yet, so unsure what's causing it, but try to redownload it. Have you packed it out of the Winrar? If it's a folder, it should be put in the SWAT 4 folder where you can find "Content" and "ContentExpansion".

It's a folder called "SEF", and the launch bat.s dont work.

Hello, sorry about that. Try reinstalling the mod. There was a distribution related problem, it should be fixed now.

Hey, I have this idea on my mind recently
You see, on the mod there's alternate version of Command Interface you have it on your mod and My idea is put those CI at Multiplayer Server to help us to give a specific and more commands option
Would you want to think about it and please tell me if you would do it :)






NOTE:
Of course if you do my idea you must talk to Admin on the server to add the mod to the server
